What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

ill give you a estimate for project, Then if we make a deal on the quote ill ask for half down for materials on larger jobs over a 1000 dollars. then a 1/4 pay when job is 1/2 finished. the other 1/4 when jobs complete.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

i will show you the best way to do your project the cheapest way or the most expensive. you decide on speacial materials your wanting installed. as far as plumbing fictures., electrical fans recepts and kitchen as far as countertops.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

we do a clean job and make sure everything goes safe.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started with roofing and siding 33 years ago. started building houses back in the 80s then in the 90s i went to remodeling. been remodeling for 20 plus years. I jave also worked as am inspector in the industrial field.

What types of customers have you worked with?

my customers are usually quite respectful toward what im doing cause after they get to know i know what im talking about they are more likely to be more trusting toward me after the first few days.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

i have done 2 each additions in the last year. one was a 24x22 and the other was a 12x 25. 24x22 was an addition added to the home for an extra living space for the daughter. the 12x25 was used to extend the kitchen, bath and childrens bedroom.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

becareful because there are alot of contractors that say the can do the work but when hired they cant do it or they mess everthing up amd have to start over.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

how long you been in business and ask for there insurance and how long you think its going to take.
